The experience with Switching Rooms was average. The website was easy to navigate and the process of finding a room exchange was straightforward. However, I was not particularly impressed with the customer service. It took quite some time to get a response to my inquiries and the staff did not seem very knowledgeable. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
