I found the Mines Oklahoma Dept Of website to be quite useful. The information was organized and easy to find, and the design was clean. It would be great if they could improve the website loading speed though. I haven't interacted with their customer service, so I cannot speak to that. Overall, based on the website experience, I would rate them as great.
