I have worked with many local contracting agencies, but True Talent Group is the first that has consistently made me feel like a valued member of a true team. They show their appreciation for their talent in thoughtful ways that encourage camaraderie, such as twice yearly all-team meetings, regular happy hours, and birthday celebrations. One of my favorite parts of working with them was that they actually conduct performance reviews with the companies you're placed at, so you get real, honest feedback about how you're doing-- not something I've received at any other agency. Pay was competitive and easily negotiated if you're asking a fair rate. Benefits are pretty standard within the contracting world. Their communication is also outstanding; I never felt out-of-the-loop about any procedural things or my contract's standing. Can't recommend them highly enough!
