I recently had my floors refinished by this company, and while the end result is nice, the overall process could have been better. The team was friendly, but there were some communication issues that delayed the project. Additionally, there were a few areas where the stain was uneven, which was disappointing. However, they did come back to fix those areas promptly. Overall, an average experience with some room for improvement.
