I have been living in an apartment managed by 255 W 84TH STREET OWNERS CORP for the past year, and overall, my experience has been average. The building itself is decent, but the management could definitely improve. There have been a few maintenance issues that took a while to get resolved, which was frustrating. However, I have to give credit to the staff for always being polite and helpful whenever I have reached out to them. All in all, it's an okay place to live.
