This is the worst company to deal with when it comes to damage claims caused by poor road maintenance. My damages occurred on August 9th. Crosslinx agreed to cover the damages, Kelsey Jenkins my adjuster told me sign over the paperwork and send it to her. After signing she advised me it would take up to 8 week for an electronic fund transfer!? This was very unprofessional and deceiving of her to tell me this after signing everything. Furthermore, I asked to get in contact with a claims manager. Erin Hoover reached out to me and said unfortunately our internal processes must be followed and it could take 6-8 weeks for processing I then asked him to give me a call, it s been 10 days no call.
