I have been a customer of Goloyal ab for several years now and I must say that their service is just average. While I appreciate their efforts to provide a loyalty program, there is definitely room for improvement. The registration process was a bit confusing to me at first and I had to contact their support team for assistance. Once I was registered, I found it quite easy to accumulate points and redeem rewards. However, I feel that they could offer a wider range of rewards to choose from. Overall, I would rate Goloyal ab as an average company.
