I have been a loyal customer of Videobrothers s.r.o. for many years, and I must say that their service is below average. While their product range is extensive, the quality of their customer support leaves much to be desired. It often takes multiple follow-ups to get a satisfactory response, and even then, the resolution is not always ideal. However, I have to admit that the products themselves are of good quality, and I have had no issues with any of my purchases so far. Overall, I would rate Videobrothers s.r.o. as below average.
