Cindy Swenson the manager handled her business in a horrible fashion.
Horrible experience and horrible customer service. Specifically the manager of the location who messed up on an order (gave us rice and beans that weren t asked for), and then decided not to charge us because the mistake wasn t ours. Then minutes after we ve already sat down and began eating, the manager sends an employee to come back and take the food, that was mistakenly given to us, back!
My manager said we have to take the food back because it was not paid for
Are you kidding me right now!? So we gave back our half eaten rice and beans for them to go and throw away in the back. What a complete joke.
