I have been a customer of Loki & Dimas for a while now and I must say their service is average. The website lokidimas.com is user-friendly, but the overall experience could be better. The products they offer are decent, but they can do better. The customer support team is helpful but can be slow at times. Overall, I would give them an average rating.
