I have been using Preferred Benefit Administrators, Inc. for several months now and I must say, their service is average. While they have been responsive to my inquiries and processed my claims efficiently, I feel like there is room for improvement in terms of customer care. The representatives I have dealt with have been professional, but not particularly friendly or helpful. Overall, they get the job done, but could definitely work on their customer service.
