I have been living in a home managed by The Springs At Santa Rita Homeowners Association, INC for several years now, and I must say that my experience has been average. The association is fairly responsive to our needs and addresses any concerns or issues in a timely manner. While the communication could be better, overall, I find them to be a decent management company. However, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of community engagement and transparency.
