I had a very average experience with Disabled American Veterans Dep. The staff was friendly, but the service was subpar. I expected more from an organization that is supposed to help disabled veterans. The website was difficult to navigate, and it took me a long time to find the information I needed. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
