I recently used a broker to find insurance, and although I had a decent experience, I wouldn't necessarily recommend Federal Insurance Brokers. The process was straightforward and they did find me a policy that met my needs, but the overall customer service was lacking. It took longer than expected to receive responses to my inquiries, and I felt like they could have been more proactive in helping me find the best options. There are probably better brokers out there.
