I took my father's vintage Seiko divers to have the battery replaced only to have it returned with the back casing not properly tested. Needless to say water penetrated the watch when I swam with it.

Glen, the manager at the Burnaby location took the watch for repair only to return it 1 and a half months later with scratches on the bezel and an incorrect day wheel indicator. When questioned he said 'obviously we cannot satisfy you' and was totally unaware of their incompetance in repairing my watch.

This outfit is absolutely amateur, rude and should not be repairing anything other than cheap knock-offs. If you need any work done on your watch, regardless of how simple, do not bring it to On Time Services Corp.
