Charles greeted me when I walked in the service department. Kept me updated about car while I was waiting. Another very nice service man brought me my keys and explained everything that was done to my car and told me everything they had checked. He also walked me to my car and opened the door for me which really impressed me!, Told me to be safe! Kia is the best ! Thanks, Mary
