I had a recent experience with a correctional facility, and while it was not ideal, Pennington County Jail stood out for its relatively good conditions. The staff was professional and caring. The facilities were clean and reasonably well-maintained. The food was better than expected. Overall, I was grateful for the supportive environment during a challenging time.
