I am a customer of Rydoo and I must say the overall experience has been average. The website is user-friendly but lacks some important features. The pricing plans are a bit on the expensive side for the value provided. The customer support is helpful but could be more prompt in resolving issues. Overall, Rydoo is an okay company but could definitely improve.
