Their service was excellent! I visited Noir Nail Bar last week and I must say, I was highly impressed. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. The salon was clean and well-maintained. They have a wide range of nail colors to choose from and their nail technicians are highly skilled. I got a gel manicure and it turned out beautifully. I highly recommend Noir Nail Bar to anyone looking for a top-notch nail salon.
