I've been a member of this credit union for a while now and I have had a somewhat mixed experience. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but there have been a few occasions where I felt they could have been more knowledgeable and efficient. The online banking system could also use some improvement as it can be a bit clunky at times. However, their rates and fees are reasonable and overall, I would still recommend Billings Federal Credit Union.
