I recently had the opportunity to work with a brand studio for a project, and my experience was fairly average. The website was user-friendly and provided detailed information about the services offered. However, I found the overall communication to be lacking. It took longer than expected to receive responses to my inquiries, which was a bit frustrating. The creative process was decent, but there were a few instances where my feedback was not fully incorporated, leading to some back-and-forth revisions. On the positive side, I appreciated the team's professionalism and willingness to address my concerns. The final outcome met my expectations, but I felt that the price could have been more competitive based on the level of service provided.
