Excellent buying experience with Sun Toyota - and I absolutely hate buying cars. They had a ton of options to choose from in each vehicle we looked at. We weren't sure exactly what we wanted when we arrived, but our salesman, Carlos, took us on several test drives and spent half the day with us until we narrowed it down. The best part was that we got to give everything a thorough test with no pressure. After a few days we returned with the exact description of what we were looking for and they brought one in for us by the next day. It had a pinstripe we weren't interested in, and Willie, had it removed at no charge. We were impressed that that general manager, Robbie, took time out to meet with us when the truck came in and wanted to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. Since our purchase, we have had routine maintenance completed and their service department is incredibly efficient. Overall, we are extremely impressed by the customer service we received from everyone we have met with from the start and with their ongoing interactions with us. We love our 4Runner, and will definitely be going back here for our next purchase.
