I have been using CaseloadPro for a few months now and it has been a decent case management software. The platform is easy to navigate and has most of the features we need. However, there are a few areas that could be improved, such as the reporting capabilities and the user interface. The customer support team has been helpful whenever we encountered any issues. It's a good option for small organizations with basic case management needs.
