They tell bogus stories to Access-A-Ride and customers. Poor time management and the drivers end up taking the brunt of the clients' wrath. Most of the drivers are very nice and professional but the company is backward. Check it out. The drivers have to wait in line to get assignments while the dispatchers eat breakfast. Everything is one at a time with bits of paper. If AAR calls about wait time Maggie's put them on hold and never picks up. Plus the client receives a call that they are on time! Many people are mentally and physically challenged and are left waiting on the street in the heat or cold. A real disaster. Why does NYS/ MTA use them? Corrupt.
