I have been a customer of Watson/Hopper for several years and I must say that their service is average. While they are reliable and provide decent quality work, there is nothing exceptional about them. Their website, watsonhopper.com, is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The rates are also reasonable. However, I feel that the company lacks innovation and could benefit from updating their processes and adapting to modern technology.
