I've been a customer of Kinergy for a while now and I have to say, their service is pretty average. Nothing out of the ordinary, but nothing exceptional either. The website is easy to navigate and the prices are reasonable. However, I have encountered a few issues with their customer service department. Overall, an okay experience.
