I recently switched to Öffentliche Versicherung Braunschweig and so far, I'm impressed. Their website is easy to navigate and the policy options are clear. The customer service representatives are helpful and knowledgeable. I haven't had to file a claim yet, but based on my experience so far, I have no doubt that it would be a smooth process.
