I recently started using Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro Inc's services and so far my experience has been average. The customer service is decent but it could definitely be better. There have been a few instances where I had to wait for a long time on hold before speaking to a representative. However, the technicians who came to install the hydro equipment were efficient and professional. Overall, I would say that Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro Inc provides an average level of service.
