I had a mixed experience with Ticketnetwork. The website was easy to navigate and the ticket prices were reasonable. However, the customer service was lacking. When I had a question about my order, it took a long time to get a response and the person I spoke to was not very helpful. Overall, I would say Ticketnetwork is average.
