I recently used the services of Parts Management Co and I must say, they provided an average level of service. While the overall experience was not exceptional, it was satisfactory. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, there were a few areas where improvement is needed. The response time was slower than expected and the customer support could have been more helpful. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
