I recently started therapy with a wonderful therapist named Anita at anitadcohntherapy.com. I have been struggling with anxiety for years and never thought therapy would be helpful. However, Anita has completely changed my perspective. She is a skilled and caring therapist who listens attentively and provides me with practical tools to manage my anxiety.
