I actually wouldn't give any stars if I could. Horrible service, in 6 months and $600 they have only removed I believe "12" items, mind you removing an item is just from transunion, or experian they don't consider the item being removed off all 3 as one item so all my "12" removals still show on my credit because they never removed them from the others. Then when you sign up they tell you if you're going to cancel that you need to do it before the 15th or else you'll be charged, well they did charge me, they charged me $45 saying that they rendered services after the 29th and before the 11th which is partial services, seriously?! I pay for a month of service and then they give me my services, yet somehow I owe them? Uhm don't think so. I wouldn't recommend them to my dog!
