Full of false promises. We recently purchased a home from JHB. We were assured that they would always be there for us if there were any issues that were due to craftsmanship. We encountered a laundry list of issues shortly after moving into our brand new beautiful home. I contacted them and was assured everything would be fixed and the project manager even came out to get a look for himself. Many weeks later no progress has been made and they are no longer responding to me. If and when our issues are addressed I will be more than happy to edit my review but until then this is our honest review.
