ARCHITECTS PLEASE USE CAUTION when considering this company. We
purchased $20K worth of fabric coil and was told they would help with the installation. Now they say they will not come out because of their work load and mentioned we would be charged for this service. They also require 50% deposit before they procure any product. In the commercial world this is not a standard business protocol. Their prices/quotes are only good for 30 days and then the price goes up if you do not hold the price with a 50% deposit even if your project is out 6 months. Very bad management and customer service.
