A family member of mine stayed here last year. When she was taken to pine grove, she had no personal belongings other than the clothes on her back. She asked if I could bring her a pair of shoes. When I brought them, I had to wait at the desk for about five minutes before anyone even acknowledged me.

The next day my aunt called saying that she never got the shoes. So I called and asked the people at the front desk who seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. Finally, someone in the background said oh these shoes that have been sitting here all day that say (my family members name) ? So at no point during the day did they stop to wonder if they should take those shoes to that person?

This place has such an incompetent staff that I do not even want to imagine what it must be like to stay there. From all my family member said, it seems like a joke. Like they re just pushing people through the place like cattle.
