AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I will never again recommend this establishment after what myself and my dog experienced here. 2 weeks ago I brought my dog in for a urinalysis after noticing dark colored urine, excessive drinking, and excessive panting. The urinalysis was performed and I was charged nearly $200 and assured nothing was wrong. They said the excessive water intake and panting were due to the Summer heat. Today, my dog began to urinate pure blood. She strained to urinate and only small droplets of blood came out. I called the office, and was told I could pay $80 for antibiotics. I visited the office and asked that they make this right. They should have comped the antibiotics, but instead the Doctor laughed and said the manager is in the Caribbean and no one could help me. This is not a valid excuse to refuse to make a misdiagnosis right. I will absolutely be reporting Sprinke Road Veterinary clinic for negligence, malpractice, and misdiagnoses. You have caused my dog far more pain than she ever should have experienced. I will never return, and I will make certain absolutely everyone knows that you cannot be trusted.
