If I could rate this company lower than 1 star I would. BUYER BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH DODOCASE.
I just put in a warranty claim in on a dodocase I purchased approximately one year ago. The case was splitting and the exterior cover was dissintigrating. I have 40+ years in the business world and very familiar with consumer products and doing the right thing in servicing a customer. Here was their response verbatim;

Thank you for reaching out to us about this. Wear on a DODOcase varies with each customer. All of our DODOcases are made with natural materials. This is great for the quality and look of the DODOcase, but opens it up to be exposed to the way our customers treat their DODOcase. Just like a real book if it was handled on a daily basis it would wear the same. Also, the DODOcases environment and location works with our against the DODOcase.
