I have been ordering books from Otm editora for a while now and I must say that their service is average. The delivery is prompt, but the packaging needs improvement. The books sometimes arrive slightly damaged. However, their collection of books is great and they have a wide range of genres to choose from. Overall, I would rate Otm editora as average.
