Trusting someone to come into your home and not take advantage of you is important. I had one local guy give us a price and then tried to bait and switch later. Not with Tyler, he gave us a price and he honored it. I found Tyler's word was as important to him as it was to us. He also cares about delivering the best results. He was a perfectionist.
