I recently used Ecobox Containers for my move and overall, the experience was decent. The containers were sturdy and served their purpose well. However, I did encounter a few minor issues along the way. For instance, one of the containers had a small dent on the side, which didn't affect its functionality but was disappointing to see. Additionally, the customer service could have been more responsive. There were times when I had to wait longer than expected to get a response to my queries. Despite these issues, I would still recommend Ecobox Containers for their reliable moving solutions.
