I have been a customer of Biodock biobank for over a year now and I must say, their services are average. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process is straightforward. However, the sample collection process can be improved. The staff is friendly and helpful, but they could be more knowledgeable about the collection procedures. Overall, I would rate my experience with Biodock biobank as average.
