The SPED director, Amy Perreault, is completely incompetent. My son has an intellectual disability. He hugged a girl he liked who sat next to him class. They suspended him for 3 days. I asked them to change his classes, but they placed him next to the same girl again. Then, they wanted to suspend him for a week. He has an intellectual disability. He doesn't understand his feelings and what he is doing. The SPED director put him into a situation to fail and then punished him again. If you have a special needs child, be careful. When my son first applied, the school seemed great but it is a different story once you are there.
