I have been a customer of The Fortis Group INC for years and I can confidently say that their service is average. While they do get the job done, their response time could be improved. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but sometimes it feels like they are not fully invested in resolving issues. Overall, a decent experience, but there is room for improvement.
