Behind there is a system already studied, they select everyone, first Skype interview, second in the office, and in the end they tell you that if you want to work with them you have to do the book. Don't go waste your money and you won't work! The agency looks a bit vintage, you immediately understand that they are not professionals, many agencies earn from books, and this is one of those, more people, more books, the system is clear.
