I had an average experience with Dolphin Head Hunters. The communication was good initially, but it started to decline as the hiring process progressed. The job posting on their website attracted me, but the actual job description was different. The interviews were well structured, but the feedback was delayed. Overall, I would say they need to improve their coordination.
