Trying to get information on life policy correct s...

Trying to get information on life policy correct since October 2019. Call the Customer Service number. Explain the situation to the representative. The representative says the situation will be taken care of in 5 to 7 business days. Check back with Customer Service after 14 business days and find out nothing has been done. Again told the situation will be taken care of in 5 to 7 business days. Now it is April 10, 2020 and the situation has not be resolved. Again call Customer Service and this time told need to provide a IRS W9 so the SS# can be verified. Given and email address to send the W9. Receive a reply back that the place the email was sent is Property and Casualty Company. No one in MetLife Customer Service knows SQUAT!!!!!
