The service provided by Charlton Kennels was satisfactory. The staff was friendly and my pet seemed well-cared for during his stay. The facilities were clean and the website, charltonkennels.com, provided all the necessary information. However, I do think there is room for improvement in terms of communication with pet owners during the boarding period. Overall, a decent experience.
