I had a mixed experience with the American Psychiatric Association. While some aspects of their services were helpful, others left a lot to be desired. The website was easy to navigate and contained a wealth of information. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took several attempts to get in touch with a representative, and even then, the response time was slow. The overall experience felt unprofessional and disorganized. I hope they can improve their customer service and provide a more streamlined experience for those seeking assistance.
