I recently visited Pho 33 and it was an average experience overall. The food was decent, but nothing exceptional. The service was okay, nothing to complain about but also nothing to write home about. The restaurant had a nice ambiance and was clean. However, I felt that the prices were a bit high for the quality of food. I might consider going back if I'm in the area, but it's not at the top of my list.
