I had an overall average experience with Blanton Joan A. The service was okay, but nothing exceptional. The staff were polite and helpful, although they didn't go above and beyond. I felt like there was room for improvement in terms of their attention to detail and efficiency. It was not a bad experience, but it wasn't great either.
